Downloading a file in Safari on a Mac
Step 1: Click on the link in the email your received from FastSpring. You may see just a white page open in Safari or you may also see a progress bar at the top right hand corner of the page. Either way, if the page opens, your file is downloading and you should not click the link in the email again.
As the file downloads, the progress bar will get bigger and fill toward the right. You will see next to the file name that there is an x button and a magnifying glass button.
When the file has finished downloading, the progress bar and the x button will disappear.
Step 2: Click on the file name in the progress bar. This will open the file.
