Buying From FastSpring-Enabled Stores
While purchasing, I received an error message indicating that I must accept the terms and conditions to continue, but I cannot see a check box to accept them.
We have heard of some cases where prior session data or certain browser plug-ins can interfere with our ability to display the check box. To bypass this issue, please try one of the following:
Try again with a fresh browser session (clear your browser’s cache before you retry).
Attempt the purchase again using a completely different web browser (e.g. Google Chrome instead of Safari).
Try the purchase from a different computer altogether.
I am having trouble downloading a product I purchased.

Note that any charge you see is likely a pre-authorization charge which will drop off automatically after a few business days. If the charge does not drop off, please fill out our charge inquiry form.
I’d like to request a tax refund or a VAT refund.
VAT can be refunded within 30 days of a charge when a valid VAT ID is provided and the order is paid with credit/debit card, PayPal, or Amazon Payments. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the VAT ID.
