“FSPRG” is showing up on my bank, credit card, or financial statement.
FastSpring is a Merchant of Record for thousands of companies selling online and acts as an authorized reseller of software products and services. FastSpring is responsible for managing and processing the transactions for each company using the FastSpring platform. For this reason, FastSpring’s name or information is displayed in the transaction descriptor of payment statement instead of the company you purchased from.
FSPRG is short for FastSpring. Charges may appear on your statement containing “FSPRG.COM”, “FSPRG.NL”, “FSPRG.UK”, “FS*[PRODUCT NAME]”, or a combination of the terms “BRTMKT DBA FASTSPRING BICESTER GBR”, “BRTMKT FASTSPRING CONVENTRY”, or similar.
If you do not recognize a charge and would like us to get you a receipt, or suspect that the charge is fraudulent, we can quickly investigate and help you resolve the issue. Please click the “Contact Support” button below and use the form to submit your request, which should include any relevant information such as Charge Date, Charge Amount, Payment Method, transaction ID, the charge descriptor printed on your statement, etc. You may also attach a copy of your statement with personal information redacted which may help our support team locate the relevant order record.
