On your financial statement, a FastSpring charge may appear as one of the following: FastSpring, FSPRG, FS*Company Name, or FSPRG*Company Name.

“Company Name” is the business where the product was purchased.

If you do not recognize a charge from FastSpring:
  • Search your email for FastSpring, FSPRG, FS*, or FSPRG* to locate your order receipt near the charge date.
  • Ask other household members to check their email for a receipt from FastSpring — the purchase may have been made by someone else.

If you still do not recognize the charge, look up a charge.
