About FastSpring
You are doing business with Bright Market, LLC dba FastSpring, Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring Limited and/or FastSpring B.V. We are an authorized reseller of software and other digital products. Under this agreement, the payment processing services for goods and/or services purchased by you are provided by Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring, Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring Limited on behalf of Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring, or FastSpring B.V., depending on the type of payment method used for the purchase of the goods and/or services. In the event you choose to pay with a credit card and the payment will be processed via a European Acquirer, these terms are an agreement between you and FastSpring B.V. and/or Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring Limited. For any other type of purchases, these terms are an agreement between you and Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring and goods and/or services will be delivered by Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring.
