What do you think of when you think about Thanksgiving? Turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie? Chilly weather? Spending time with friends & family? Volunteering in your community?

Our FastSpring team is no different. We work hard all year long to build the leading all-in-one ecommerce platform to help digital businesses grow their global revenue. But we always take a moment around this time of year to remind ourselves about all the great things we have to be thankful about.

Take a look at what some of the FastSpring team is thankful for this year.

“Every year I am thankful for Heavy Metal. Except for one year I was thankful for my friends.” – Rob Beedle, Business Development Manager

“I’m thankful for all our first responders and the volunteers from the community for all of their amazing work last year and this year as they came together to help out during the wildfires in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.” – Evan Mangione, Sales Development Representative

“I’m thankful for all of the friends and coworkers who opened up their homes to me, Ben, our cat Sebastian, and our 12 chickens earlier this year when we were evacuated because of the fires.” – Jay Hall, Sr. Manager, Customer Onboarding

“I’m thankful for another year of great health which has allowed me to become an uncle and becoming a member of this great FastSpring team!” – David Hinterschied, Sales Development Representative

“I’m thankful that I get to live in a beautiful place with my family—especially my children. With them, my life is full.” – Sarah Bottorff, VP of Marketing

“I’m thankful that I get to work a few blocks from my girlfriend. We’re so lucky to live in a beautiful place with my best friend.” – Nick Jones, Sales Development Representative

“I’m thankful for the opportunity FastSpring has given me. I just got married earlier this year and this position has given my husband and me the financial stability to buy our first house!” – Rachel Perez, Customer Support Representative

“I’m very thankful to get to spend the holidays in Santa Barbara with friends and family. It’s easy to forget how good we have it living here.” – Jason Goodfellow, Account Executive

“I’m thankful that I get to finally accomplish the O circuit hike in the Torres Del Paine national park in southern Chile. It’s remote, rugged, and not many people get the chance to explore it. I have been wanting to do this hike for 10 years, and I’m excited that I will finish it on Thanksgiving day!” – Kav Kallangada, Software Engineer

“I’m thankful for my family, strong coffee, rainy days, my cute dog, and our amazing FastSpring customers :).” – Christina O’Toole, Director of Customer Marketing

The FastSpring team truly enjoys this special time of year where we can spend time with loved ones and give back to our local community. Whether it’s picking mandarins with the Santa Barbara Backyard Bounty group, or donating canned goods for the Santa Barbara Food Bank. Giving back is a core part of our values, and we’re thrilled to have an amazing team that always lends a helping hand.

On behalf of the FastSpring team, we wish you a fun and safe Thanksgiving!
