Additional Fees

Chargebacks:

$20 fee per Chargeback
$20 fee per Chargeback Prevention Alert

Foreign Currency Conversion:

Foreign Currency Conversion fees for conversions from local currency(ies) into $USD or from $USD into local currency(ies) as follows:
- 3.5% for GBP, JPY, CAD, and EUR currency conversions
- 5.5% for all other currency conversions

Refunds for Bank Transfers:

$10 fee for refunds sent by check
$30 fee for a manual bank transfer

Direct Debit Returns:

$15 return fee for SEPA
$15 return fee for ACH

Other Fees:

Fees for payments sent via other wire payment methods (e.g., Hyperwallet) in accordance with those payment methods’ fee structures
FastSpring reserves the right to charge any additional fees, including those related to any assessments, as provided in the Vendor Terms of Service and the Digital Retailer Services Terms.
