Look Up a Charge

FastSpring is an authorized reseller of software, digital products, and services for thousands of global companies.

"FSPRG" on your financial statement is short for FastSpring and indicates a charge from a company that uses FastSpring.

If you do not recognize a charge from FastSpring:

1. Search your email for "FSPRG" or "FastSpring" and look for order receipts close to the charge date.
2. Ask your household members to search their email for a receipt from FastSpring.
3. If you still do not recognize the charge, please email us at orderscontact@fastspring.com and provide the following:

1. Charge Date
2. Charge Amount
3. Payment Method
4. Card Type
5. Last 4 digits of card used OR Paypal Transaction ID
6. Email used for purchase
7. Currency

If you do not have exact information please provide an approximation.
