Geographic Restrictions

FastSpring does not permit sellers and/or purchasers who are Specially Designated Nationals or other persons with whom transactions are prohibited by the U.S. government or who are located in any jurisdiction under U.S. sanctions with which such transactions are prohibited. These restrictions include prohibiting the sale of software developed by a Specially Designated National or developed in such jurisdictions described above or the licensing, sub-licensing, or use of software purchased from FastSpring by a Specially Designated National or any persons, including an employee, contractor, subcontractor, or agent, located in a jurisdiction described above.
