Check out the latest features and improvements for the FastSpring app!

  • More seamless tax-exempt API orders: When a buyer makes a tax-exempt purchase, their tax-exempt status is now set on their account. When a seller initiates a future order via the API the order will be automatically tax-exempt.
  • Webhook improvements:
    • Updated the order.complete webhook to include a dedicated coupon object to help sellers view all discount/coupon details for an order.
    • Reduced the timer that triggers webhooks notifications from 30 seconds to 10 seconds to improve webhook delivery timeliness.
  • Improved API usability: GET /products/{product} API calls are no longer cached ensuring users receive the most up-to-date response back.
  • Ability to support high-value orders: Sellers with the appropriate risk setting, can now accept US/USD wire transfer orders greater than $50,000. Note that the store is still subject to the store-level risk order limit. Please reach out to our support team if you would like to have this feature enabled (support@fastspring.com).
  • Buyers now receive an email notification when their canceled subscriptions are uncanceled.
  • To comply with new Swedish legislation that went into effect July 1, 2020, we updated the Credit/Debit option on Web Storefronts to display “Kortbetalning” instead of “Kredit- / debetkort”.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing the company field from being successfully passed to checkout in the contact object of a secure payload.
  • Fixed an issue causing accented characters to display incorrectly in the Purchaser section of invoices.
  • Fixed a bug with the invoice download button on Classic invoices.
  • Improved the field validation errors (i.e. missing field or duplicate title) so they are displayed within the model without losing progress during custom order creation.
  • Fixed a bug in which users with the Account role no longer had access to download reports and users with Store Order Support role could no longer create custom orders.
  • Now, when a custom order is created from an existing order if the existing order contains order tags or product attributes, those items will automatically be copied over.
