Lower Churn with Paused Subscriptions

The FastSpring product team is happy to announce the release of Paused Subscriptions, a new built-in feature to help you lower churn:

Pause Subscriptions

This new feature enables customers to pause active subscriptions and temporarily disable billing and services.

Here’s how it works:

Enabling the pause feature will give customers an additional option if they attempt to cancel their subscription. 

Pausing Subscriptions is now a built-in feature of the FastSpring platform, making it easy to configure the options you want to offer:

By displaying a prompt to pause subscriptions, you give yourself an opportunity to prevent churn from customers who might need your product in the future – but not right now.

On the resume date, FastSpring will automatically rebill the customer and reactivate the subscription.
