At FastSpring, we understand the important role that reviews play in the buying decision. Trusted third party sites like G2 are essential for buyers to be able to make an informed choice, especially when it comes to choosing a Merchant of Record (MOR) like FastSpring.

We recently analyzed the reviews on our G2 profile and found some common themes as to why our customers chose our platform. Our team also wants to recognize our reviewers for all the great feedback they have given on our G2 profile. Here are six common themes we discovered from our G2 reviews:
