Extensions Tab

Overview

This article provides details about the options on the Extensions tab of the Integrations menu in the FastSpring App.

The Extensions tab of the Integrations menu provides interfaces that let you configure the integration between your FastSpring Store and various trusted third-party partners. This tab is also where you can enable and manage the Shipping Fee Calculator and the optional Extended Download Service (EDS).

You can configure integration with the following third-party partners on the Extensions tab. Click any logo for instructions on setting up integration with your FastSpring Store:

The Extended Download Service, or EDS, is an optional service you can offer to customers. When customers purchase EDS, the availability of their applicable product downloads increases from the default value of seven days to one year.
The Shipping Fee Calculator allows you to collect estimated shipping charges for orders that include physical products. 

 

Configuring AdRoll integration

  1. On the Extensions tab, click the AdRoll logo.
  2. The AdRoll popup window appears. Click Setup to proceed; two new fields appear in the window.


     
  3. In the AdRoll Advertiseable ID field, enter or paste the AdRoll Advertiseable ID that was generated during SmartPixel setup in your AdRoll account.


     
  4. In the AdRoll Pixel ID field, enter or paste the AdRoll Pixel ID that was generated during SmartPixel setup in your AdRoll account.
  5. Click Enable to save your changes.

Configuring Bing Ads integration

  1. On the Extensions tab, click the Bing Ads logo.
  2. The Bing Ads popup window appears. Click Setup to proceed, and a new field appears in the window.


     
  3. In the Bing Ads Tag ID field, enter or paste your account's Bing Ads Tag ID, which you can obtain from the Campaigns, Goals and Conversions page in your Bing Ads account.


     
  4. Click Enable to save your changes.

Configuring Constant Contact integration

  1. On the Extensions tab, click the Constant Contact logo.
  2. The Constant Contact popup window appears. Click Setup to proceed, and two new fields appear.


     
  3. In the API Key field, enter or paste the API Key provided by Constant Contact for your account.


     
  4. In the Access Token field, enter or paste the access token for your Constant Contact account.
  5. Click Enable to save your changes.

Configuring Google AdWords integration

  1. On the Extensions tab, click the Google AdWords logo.
  2. The Google AdWords popup window appears. Click Setup to proceed, and a new field appears in the window.


     
  3. In the Google Adwords Conversion ID field, enter or paste the Google Adwords Conversion ID that was generated during the remarketing setup.


     
  4. In the Google Adwords Label field, you can optionally enter the Conversion Label from the Event Snippet in your Adwords account.
  5. Click Enable to save your changes.

Configuring Google Analytics integration

  1. On the Extensions tab, click the Google Analytics logo.
  2. The Google Universal Analytics popup window appears. Click Setup to proceed, and a new field appears in the window.


     
  3. In the Google Analytics Property ID field, enter or paste the property ID from your Google Analytics account.


     
  4. Click Enable to save your changes.

Configuring Google Tag Manager integration

 Important

Google Tag Manager integration is an advanced feature that gives you a great deal of power to automate specific processes. FastSpring's integration with Google Tag Manager has been tested extensively and verified to work correctly. However, issues can still arise if the configuration in your Google Tag Manager account or on your pages has not been done correctly. Please see our Google Tag Manager article for detailed information.
  1. On the Extensions tab, click the Google Tag Manager logo.
  2. The Google Tag Manager popup window appears. Click Setup to proceed, and a new field appears in the window.


     
  3. In the Google Tag Manager Container ID field, enter or paste the container ID from your Google Tag Manager account.


     
  4. Click Enable to save your changes.

Configuring MailChimp integration

  1. On the Extensions tab, click the MailChimp logo.
  2. The MailChimp popup window appears. Click Setup to proceed and three new fields appear in the window.


     
  3. In the API Key field, enter or paste the API Key found in the "Account" area of your MailChimp account.


     
  4. In the Unsubscribed List ID field, enter or paste the List ID found in the settings of the unsubscribed customer list in your MailChimp account.
  5. In the Subscribed List ID field, enter or paste the List ID found in the settings of the subscribed customer list in your MailChimp account.
  6. In the Abandonment List ID field, enter or paste the List ID found in the settings of the abandoned visitors' list in your MailChimp account. This is the list that FastSpring uses for visitors who abandon the Store without completing a purchase.
  7. Click Enable to save your changes.

Configuring UpSellit Integration

  1. On the Extensions tab, click the UpSellit logo. 
  2. The UpSellit popup window appears. Click Setup to proceed.


     
  3. Enter the "usi_launch_code" provided by UpSellit after the registration.


     
  4. Click Enable to save your changes.
