Team and Account Management

Add Team Members to your Account

There is no limit to the number of members you can add to your Team.

  1. In the Interactive Quotes Site, navigate to Settings > Team.
  2. Click the Invite button in the top, right corner. A popup appears.
  3. Type in the email address of the Team Member you wish to grant access to. They will receive an email asking them to sign in to their new FastSpring Interactive Quotes account.

When the team member accepts the invitation, they will automatically be granted Member privileges. To change this to Admin privileges, see Update Roles below.

Account Permissions

When a team member signs in to their new FastSpring Interactive Quotes account, they will be a Member of Interactive Quotes. You may leave them as a Member or provide them with Admin access.

Admin Privileges:

  • Remove anybody from the team, including themselves – unless they are the last admin or they started the account
  • Edit, publish or send any quote made within the company account
  • Create and edit templates that are accessible to the team
  • Configure which Team Members opt-in to the Approval Workflow
  • Approve or request changes to quotes in the Review Queue
  • Duplicate any quote and see all information within it
  • Update billing information
  • Receive in-app notifications for all quotes in the company

Member Privileges:

  • Edit, publish or send their own quotes
  • Duplicate all company quotes but client information is not visible
  • Receive in-app notifications for their own quotes

Members cannot update company billing information or remove anyone from the team.

Update Roles

In order to update roles on the team, you must have Admin privileges. You cannot update a team member’s privileges until they have accepted the invitation.

  1. In the Interactive Quotes Site, navigate to Settings > Team.
  2. Next to the relevant user, select the drop-down in the Role field.
  3. Select Admin or Member to grant them applicable permissions.

Update Your Accounts

In FastSpring Interactive Quotes, you have two accounts: your Personal account and the Company account. Members with admin privileges can edit the company fields.


  1. At the top, right corner of the Interactive Quotes Site, click the person icon. Select Account Settings.
  2. In the Account Settings page, customize your personal information. Your prospects will see your Account Image and Name at the top, right corner of each quote. Personal information includes:
    • Account Image
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Thank you message (used when a prospect requests a proposal)
    • Password
    • Notifications
  3. Click Save in the top, right corner to save your changes.


Contact the FastSpring Sales Team to upgrade your account.
  1. From the left menu of the Interactive Quotes Site, select Settings > Company. The Company Settings page opens.
  2. In the Branding section, add a company logo, name, and website. It is recommended to zoom in on the logo image so that it appears bigger on the Interactive Quotes. By default, these will appear on your team’s quotes.
    If you have upgraded your FastSpring Interactive Quotes account, you can customize the domain of the URL.
  3. In the Quote Defaults section, add the default color settings, currencies, and Terms of Service for your team’s quotes. These will be set by default, but can be adjusted for each quote.
  4. In the Company Address section, add your company’s address. This will be used for your team’s quotes.
  5. Click Save to save changes.

Clients and Contacts

In the Interactive Quotes App, navigate to Manage > Clients. Here, you can access the contact information of each client and contact you and your sales team have collaborated with. If you use the HubSpot or Salesforce integration, those contacts will be imported as well, however they must be edited in Salesforce or HubSpot.

Add a Client

If there is already a contact from a specific company, you cannot add a new Client. Instead, navigate to the existing Client, then click Add Another Contact. You can also click the pencil icon to edit the current contact information.

  1. In the Clients page, click Create New. A popup appears.
  2. In the popup, fill out the new client’s Company, First Name, Last Name, and Email. The other fields are optional.
  3. Optionally, click Add Another Contact to add additional contacts from this organization. Repeat step 2.
  4. Click Create.

Add Billing Information

You can update your billing information at any time.

  1. In the FastSpring Interactive Quotes site, navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Add Card to input your credit card information.
  3. Click Save.
