For various reasons, many including legal issues, you may want to limit the purchasing of your product to customers in one or more specific countries.

Limiting Purchasing to a Specific Country for a Specific Product
If you want to restrict customers from all but one (or a few) specific country (or countries) from purchasing one specific product (but you have other products in your FastSpring store), we have three options based on your needs. One option is to request that a second store be created within your current SpringBoard account that has a complete block for a specific country (or countries). A second option, which may also require a second account, is to make purchase orders the only available Payment Method to customers, which would allow you to review all orders before processing. A third option, which does not require a second store, is to set the price of the product to $0 for the country you need to limit. For example, if customers in the United States tried to purchase a product with a price of USD $0, they would get an error when they tried to complete the order because the order would be $0 priced.
To accomplish the third option, go to SpringBoard's Store Home » Products and Pages. Click on View All Product Prices. Enter in a price of $0 USD. Next, enter in prices for the other currencies, and click Save. You may find FastSpring's Exchange Rate Conversions calculator useful.
