Can I get a List of Returns in a Report?

Go to SpringBoard's Store Home » Reports » Exports: Create. 

 

Go to SpringBoard's Store Home » Reports » Exports: Create.

  

Enter in a Name for display purposes, select the Date and Number Formatting and the Date Range. Select Order Export (CSV) as the Report Type, and click Create. This will submit the report for processing. Depending on the amount of data, it will take a few seconds or minutes to compile your report, and this reports page will automatically refresh every 20 seconds to check for newly processed exports. When the export has finished processing, it will appear in the Completed section. 

Once the report has completed processing, you can either preview it in a pop-up window or download it. The report will first show all orders, called Purchase under Type. Scroll down to show any Returns, which will appear after all purchases.
