Why does my Account have a Hold?
If your account is on hold, it is most likely due to one of the following reasons
If your account is on hold, it is most likely due to one of the following reasons:
- A payment method has not been set up.
- The Payoneer ID is either an email or a numeric form. The client must register with Payoneer in order to receive payments using a Client ID. Instructions can be found here: https://fastspring.com/docs/classic/How-do-I-sign-up-for-Payoneer
- Bank account information is incorrect. Please review your bank information. A new payment method will be required if your bank account number/IBAN is incorrect.
After you have reviewed and updated your payment method information, please submit a support ticket so the information can be reviewed and your account can be taken off hold.
